Domestic Orders:
Delivery Time:
Delivering an ready dispatch order will take around 0-7 Working days within India.
Delivery Charges:
We charge the shipping based on the product weights. With product weight 0.5kg,1kg,1.5kg and more we charge 100,150, 200 respectively.
Tracking Orders:
Once your order is dispatched, the tracking information will be sent to your registered email. If you do not receive an email within 5 days of placing an order, please contact us at support@astonishadmire.in.
Delays in Shipping:
Shipping delays may occur for various reasons, and we appreciate your understanding in such situations.
Damaged Product:
We recommend you taking a 360 Degree video of the product while opening to check for damages. This video is must if you try to claim product damage. Incase of the product damage we will refund the amount to the source account.
Cancellation of Order Due to Delivery:
Our courier service will attempt delivery three times to the specified address. If the package is undeliverable for reasons not attributable to us, it will be returned to us.
Upon receiving the returned package, we will make efforts to contact you via phone and email. In the event that we cannot reach you, Order item will be moved to Hold state. You may need to contact us to get the product.
